How do I restore a purchase?

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap “Restore Purchases.” If you’ve previously purchased a premium feature on any device signed into this Apple ID, it will be restored automatically.

My data disappeared after an update. What do I do?

This is rare but can happen. First, check if iCloud sync is enabled — your data may be in iCloud. If not, contact us with your device model and app version and we'll do our best to help.

Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes. If the app supports iCloud sync, enable it in Settings and your data will appear on all devices signed into the same Apple ID.

Is there a web or Android version?

Not currently. All Materia Labs apps are iOS-only for now.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID to request a refund for any purchase.
